History :

Guilan Urology Research Centre has been founded in October 2005 with problem solving approach to do research projects in urological health problems of Guilan Province, Iran.

After all necessary documents about strategies of the centre in clinical and epidemiologic researches and curriculum vitae of the researchers and academic attendants, had been gathered, the centre got its first primary approval in February 2005. In May 2009, the final approval was established in Iran Research and Technology ministry.
