The School of Medicine, which was a reconstruction of the former Dr. Beheshti Hospital, began its mission in January 2009 by admitting 23 medical students and later in April 2010 it was formally inaugurated by authorities. Presently, the School of Medicine has over 160 students. It is a three-story building covering an area of about 38000 square meters. Histology and Pathology labs, Animal Surgery Room, Moulage, Dissection Room, Histotechnique Lab, and Anatomy Professors Room are all on the ground floor. The first floor houses administrative offices, a restaurant, a modern gym, Biochemistry Lab, Prayer Room, Library, Computer Room, Conference Hall, and classrooms equipped with the latest learning and teaching facilities. The second floor also includes classrooms, educational offices, Education Development Office (EDO), Professors Room, Immunology and Virology Lab, Physiology and Pharmacology Lab, Microbiology Lab, CSR, and the Security Office.

The school of Medicine also enjoys the knowledge and expertise of highly educated and experienced professors of Guilan University of Medical Sciences as its faculty members.  

The Dentistry School of the International Branch of Guilan University of Medical Sciences was established in 2007. Since then, due to both qualitative and quantitative developments, it has turned into one of the best international dentistry schools all around the country. Presently, Dentistry School has nearly 140' doctoral students of General Dentistry.

With an area of over 38000 square meters, modern dentistry equipment, dental labs, dental clinic, pathology, microbiology, and biochemistry labs, and well equipped classrooms, Dentistry School provides a perfect ground for training dentistry students. Upon Dentistry School students entering into treatment practice, the Dental Clinic of the Dentistry School has started offering services in those areas as dental radiology, diagnosis, dental prosthetics, restoration, orthodontics, pedodontics, gum disease, endodontics, and surgery. Dental clinic is also equipped with a fixed and removable prosthodontic lab.
