Dr. Farahnaz Joukar in world's top most cited scientists
Dr. Farahnaz Joukar, Associate Professor of epidemiology, gastrointestinal and liver diseases, was included in the list of the world's top 1% most cited scientists; WEBDA reports.
For the first time in the history of Guilan University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Farahnaz Joukar, a faculty member, was included in the list of the top 1% most cited researchers of ESI world ranking system in September 2022. Out of 88 Web of Science articles of Dr. Joukar evaluated in ESI, 16 articles were highly cited.
ESI is one of the global ranking systems that ranks the most important and influential universities, educational-research institutions and researchers in 22 subject areas based on the analysis of the most cited articles.
